Loyalty Card Program

Earn up to 50 Reward points for every dollar spent

Simply swipe your loyalty card when making any purchase at Mandoon Estate. If you are purchasing on-line, enter your Loyalty card number to accumulate those points. Members are not eligible to earn Reward points on products which are on special or at an already discounted price.

To start earning loyalty points you must present your loyalty card to any staff member at Mandoon Estate or Homestead Brewery for them to swipe into our point of sale system.

Loyalty Card Members must present their loyalty card at the time of the commencement of every sale. Management or staff members will not be able to search for your details and points can’t be awarded after the sale is cashed through the register

Receive $25 for every 25,000 points

For every 25,000 points you will be credited with $25 to spend which can be redeemed by swiping your loyalty card at the till when purchasing.


We will not share your personal details with any 3rd party. Your information will only be used for the loyalty program and our mailing list.

Contact details

In order for your loyalty card to remain valid, you must have a current email address, phone number and physical address. From time to time we will request that you confirm your membership to the Loyalty program by email.

The Fine Print

Loyalty cards are issued to the person whose name appears on the application form and are not transferable to any other person(s).

Loyalty cards remain the property of Mandoon Estate. Any member(s)/customer(s) who deliberately mis-use their card or another members card will have it voided by management.

Members found deliberately using their loyalty card through a third party/on behalf of sales made through another customer will have their card voided by management.

Lost or stolen loyalty cards must be reported to management immediately and a new card will be issued.

By signing as a member the recipient of the loyalty card agrees and acknowledges they may occasionally receive promotional material such as special offers and newsletters.

You cannot redeem or exchange your points for cash

We may change the Loyalty Program (including the number of points allocated to each product and how points are earned and redeemed) and these Terms and Conditions at any time, or add new Terms or Conditions. If we do so, we’ll publish an updated version on our website at Your continued participation in our Loyalty Program will constitute your acceptance of such changes.

The loyalty scheme is open to all Australian residents aged 18 or over. Mandoon Estate reserves the right to decline to issue a Mandoon Estate Loyalty card for any good reason.

You may cancel your Card in person at Mandoon Estate or by contacting us on 08 6279 0500. If a Card is cancelled, any remaining points or benefits not already redeemed by the Cardholder will be automatically forfeited. Only the named member has the right to cancel the card. If cancelling via telephone, you will be asked to provide personal details to verify your identity.
Your loyalty membership may be cancelled if you become inactive with no points or no use accumulated after 12 months.
